Located at 301 West Wabash Avenue in Crawfordsville, Indiana, the Caleb Mills House is a historic institution named after Caleb Mills, the first professor at Wabash College. Mills played a crucial role in establishing Wabash as an independent college and is known as the father of the public school system in Indiana. Built in 1836, the house served as Mills' residence for 43 years before being deeded to the College in 1926. After undergoing renovation in 1993, the Caleb Mills House now functions as a small guest house and entertainment venue for campus visitors.
