"Dr. Rachel Brumfield is a wonderful doctor who asks questions, offers great solutions, and makes sure you understand everything. I absolutely love having her as my primary care doctor. However, I'm quite frustrated with this office. After offering virtual appointments during the bulk of the covid-19 pandemic, they no longer offer this service. This makes it difficult for disabled people to be seen. I wanted to switch a 6-week checkin appointment date because I was feeling ill and didn't want to risk getting others sick, but in the end my appointment just had to be cancelled and rescheduled for a month and half away. That's my other gripe about this office: They're very slow to see patients, even ones who have established care with a doctor in this office. This is quite concerning considering things come up in people's health or lives that don't require an ER trip but do need to be promptly addressed by a doctor. I'm very close to finding a different doctor in another office, which sucks because as I said, Rachel Brumfield is such a great doctor. UPDATE: I got a call back from the office saying that my doctor approved a virtual appointment, and fortunately I'm able to get in a bit earlier than the in-person would have been. It's still problematic, tho, that patients can't easily request a virtual appointment."

"I see alot of negative reviews, but i have always had such a positive interaction with everyone in the office. Yes, sometimes you have to leave a message because they are so busy, but they have always got back with me that day. We see mainly Dr. Haggenjois and Alice. Both are amazing with my kids. Dr. Haggenjois is actually my sons biggest advocate. He takes his care very seriously, even to the point of making calls on my sons behalf himself even though i know he is so busy with other patients. He still goes that extra mile to make sure my son is getting all the care he needs. Alice is great with my daughter and actually makes her feel more at ease when she sees her. Alice takes the time to know whats going on with her in both her life and any medical concerns we both may have. Anytime there is an urgent medical concern they always find the time to squeeze my kids into their very busy schedules and as a parent that really puts my mind at ease that i have found the best medical staff to put my childrens care in. I would recommend them to anyone as i know i havent found anyone that has put my kids first everytime like this office does."

"Every time I call or my husband it takes way to long for them to answer the phone to make an appointment for myself or the kids. This is ridiculous. Wish the phone service was better."

"They have no care or genuine concern for their patients. You're just another number. I know because for 3 years no one read my file then want to treat me as an outcast like they just discovered something.....a patient advocate would read a file. Truly disappointed in the DOCTOR services. The office manager is a wonderful woman!!!"
