"My experience at meridian health was exactly that, an experience. After years of battling within myself I finally decided to get help, I call to see how to become a new patient, they tell me to come in to office and get new patient packet. They sent me to 3 separate locations, each location I went to, the demeanour of staff just became more and more annoyed, the last place I went to on south 9th Street proceeded to tell me "it's going to be a few months waiting list" with a snarky tone, as if she was the one doing all the waiting, I told her that's fine I would still like a new patient packet, and she sent me on the way not asking if all my questions had been answered, so as I leave I decide, No I need better answers and I go back to the desk and ask if the waiting list is for all patients or certain services? After a confusing conversation with a desk woman that hates her job and should clearly be in a back office somewhere sorting mail not dealing with public figures, she sent me to yet again, ANOTHER office in the back of the south 9th building, that's where I finally could make an appointment, so a week later I show up to my appointment and I meet with the doctor, who was very unprofessional,she was more concerned with how her hair and nails looked than the actual patient, they asked me a million questions and said we would have a follow up appointment, for primary care and another program they have going on, and that's it, it's been over a month, I haven't received a new appointment, they just took all my blood and information and won't return my calls or give any information. Meridian Health Services is the Most unprofessional group around, they hired a counselor named TYLER BRUSH,who was clocking out of work from counseling , and going home and body slamming his girlfriend every night. I will never return."

"Stacy brooks refused to refill my adhd prescription because I hadn’t been seen for my 3 month eval. She was going on vacation & wouldn’t be back for a week which was the earliest she could see me. I requested just enough to get me through til that appointment and when they said they couldn’t do that, I requested a doctors excuse from work until Monday when she could see me. Again, couldn’t do that. So what can you do? Yes I missed my appointment that was ironically scheduled to see someone to HELP ME REMEMBER APPOINTMENTS & nobody informed me this appointment was the one I needed before my prescription could be refilled. Untreated adhd sometimes presents itself as severe pain & now that’s what I’m stuck with for a week while she enjoys her vacation & nobody can help me. I requested another doctor and they can’t do that either. Nobody cares. This is exactly why I left my last Dr."

"I give 5 stars to my counselor Serge, he is wonderful! The scheduling staff is great also. However I would give negative stars for the primary care if possible. After spending an hour and a half going over all of my health history and medicines I have been on for over a year Jennifer Shaneyfelt told me she would be calling in my refills (my regular primary care had up & closed their office) after only sending in a prescription for Prednisone which I never asked for I received a call 3 days from the nurse saying the doctor had a "change of heart" and wouldn't be calling on my ADHD or anxiety medication. She also wouldn't refill my migraine medication or send in a new inhaler for me. After 3 weeks of phone tag with them because they never answer I was told I would need to schedule a new appointment and go over everything again before she would prescribe anything!!! Extremely dissatisfied and will not return to primary care."

"I give 4 stars for the scheduling staff, and -3 for the intake shrink. After relocating from Utah in late 2020, and having been diagnosed with ADHD and being prescribed the proper meds for the condition some 8 or 9 years prior, the intake evaluator for Meridian all but called me a liar when she failed to ask Kroger pharmacy for the records of my prescriptions from the Smith's in Utah, rendering her unable to see that I had, indeed been a regularly prescribed medication for ADHD prior to the move."
