Visitors can learn about conservation at the Education Center, which offers a variety of forestry and natural resource programs throughout the year. Special events such as Earth Day, Smokey's Birthday, and family fishing days are also held at the park. The Education Center is wheelchair accessible and welcomes volunteers.
