"We had been customers of Eco Edge for about 4 years. I had my home unit installed and I have apartment units installed in the area as well. Also, my husband had his heating and air-conditioning installed at his home before we moved in together and serviced by owner Bud as well. So we were pretty well established customers and then our air-conditioning didn’t work at our home one day and we called and Daniel came out and did a service call. We found out a circuit breaker was off because my husband was working on our hot tub. Simple and silly mistake on our part. However, we still got a bill for $150 service call. Service call where he did absolutely nothing but to tell me nothing was wrong with my unit and that we do not have the circuit breaker on. I don’t have a problem paying for someone to come out because I understand gas these days is expensive and he has a business to run but I was hoping since we were established customers, Bud might give us a discount break. So I called and spoke to Bud personally, explaining the situation about charging us maybe $100 instead of $150 as a courtesy but he wouldn’t have any of it says that’s business so now we’re NOT Customers anymore. That’s how it is and this is my review. I will not do business with someone like this. I was not asking for free, just a little consideration. It was simply a business decision on Buds part. So he lost a customer with potentially 4 other units since I have apartments. And I will always refer friends if I have a good experience with a company."
