Edible Arrangements

"Placed a Valentine’s Day order over 24 hours in advance for a 4pm pickup on my way home from working all day. Had to sit in their lobby for almost half an hour, just to be told they don’t have any flowers. No explanation given as to why they failed to fulfill my order so I promptly had my entire $170 order refunded. I will never waste another second of my time with such a pathetic excuse for a business. I highly advise anyone reading this to strongly reconsider ever giving these people any of your hard earned money. You’re better off making your own chocolate dipped fruits and picking the flowers yourself."

"Waited all day for my birthday platter, called multiple times gave the run around a bit, then finally received to the chocolate cracked and strawberries rock hard for the price it wasn’t worth it. The only reason to give a third star is the employees were nice at least"

"I definitely should've read the reviews. Placed an order at 10am. The app never updated from "recieved order". So I called, actually called multiple times only to be told it was out for delivery. It is now 6pm, the store is closed and no delivery. I implore everyone to read the reviews before shopping here. Look at every other edible arrangement franchise they have impeccable service and 5 star reviews all over the place. The owners of this place should be ashamed they take people's hard earned money and don't deliver. They are in the business of putting smiles on people's faces and it's not cheap. I paid near $100 for 6 pieces of dipped fruit and they can't deliver it on time. Also, for anyone reading the reviews, look at the owners responses they are so bland and never offer a solution. I truly regret ordering from here, will never do it again."
