"Nothing cheap this day if it is good. I reached out at the beginning of the year. Company send out Technician (Josh). He did clean out the main sewer and seemed to work. I paid quite a lot of money for this. Water back in again in about two weeks after first attempt. Technician Josh came back, and he did clean out the main sewer and seemed to work again. Water back in again in about one week after the second attempt. The third time, Josh came back with the supervisor (Jonathan) because it required a camera to see what exactly happened in the pipe. All these three attempts and camera service in the six months warranty and NO charge. Nothing works at this time because of the main pipe to the city full of tree roots and water. We can't see anything. We have to do hydro jet cleaning, which is very expensive. Hydro jet tech ( Edgar) came to the next day and completely cleaned out and camera to check the entire main sewer in about two hours. The hydro jet really works. It's cut and clean out entire of main sewer. I saw all the videos. He is actually located where the cracks are. Finally, the problem was solved and I'm very happy with the service. All three technicians are very professional and very polite and helpful. Every time I call the main company back, they pick up the phone, no waiting time, and try to solve the problem right away."
"The plumber that came was great and easy to work with so the one star has nothing to do with him. I just find it absurd and a rip off that the cost to fix a burst pipe in my laundry room cost $1,425. It took the plumber less then 30min to fix the pipe. Which was literally right under the cold water valve in the wall. He just cut off a piece of the pipe that had burst and capped it. That was easily a $300-400 job. Not close to $1,500."
"I've used roto rooter several times over the years and get consistent, reliable service. Not sure if they are expensive or not but it's reasonable given my experience and service. My recent appointment was great. Helpful tech and on time. Great communication. Highly recommend for reliable service and will use their services again."
