Great Clips

"My husband had 8 inches of hair he had grown out for a few years! he went in and asked for just the sides shaves and trim split ends from the top and back he even showed her a picture of what he wanted... They took all the back butchered the fade on the sides and the stylist tried to gas light him saying this is what you asked for low maintenance hair cut. The stylist was unapologetic and refused to offer any solutions to remedy this atrociously. I called the location after he got home and the lady who answered refused to let me talk to an owner or manager and refused to take my information for a call back. I called the corporate number to report this but I'm still fuming over how we have both been treated. We have tried to give great clips so many chances at several locations but always disappointed. This was the absolute worst one yet. Avoid unless you want amateurs who dont care to cut your hair. The lower price isnt worth having to pay to get it fixed somewhere else"

"DO NOT GO HERE. The stylist was extremely rude and dismissive to my son the entire time. My son would ask what things were and she told him don't worry about it. It honestly felt unreal like we were on a hidden camera show. She was rude to me, and then proceeded to be rude to another stylist."

"I will never go back again I just wanted a touch up and the lady said ok but did more then a touch up. She took too much off . I asked for sides bangs and she said did you have side bangs before and she said I think they grew out i said no i had short hair at one point that it grew out over the course of 4 years and and she kept on cutting and now I hate them. One side of my hair looks a little shorter because she didn't cut it parted in the middle only where my side part was and everyone knows that's not how it's supposed to go. Now I have short hair by over an inch that I hate and now have to wait till it grows out in 24 weeks or longer. I will never go back. I believe her name was Ada older with blonde hair more white. She just kept saying I think we need to take more off on the bangs and I said no and she still did it. Went to another great clips and they had to fix it and my bangs because she didn't make them right at all. When I told her that my hair looked uneven she said no it don't it's completely even but let's take more off the bangs. I told her not to cut so much on my hair or my bangs too shirt and bow my hair is so terrible and I wanted it to look nice for my son's event at church so I can get pictures with my 14 month son but now I look terrible. I will never go back there again."
