"My friends and I are old school when it comes to buying an appliance. I depended on my friends for their opinions on where to go for a fridge. They said “go to Tylisz you’ll be glad you did” So I did! I found this beautiful used fridge that was in my budget and it came with a 90 day warranty. I was so happy until the freezer wasn’t freezing! I called they said they will be out Thursday to fix it. Thursday came and I had the owner Robert in my house, on the floor and in the fridge and it was his day off! The coils were broke! The fridge was scrap! He gets on the phone makes me a priority for the next day to get a fridge delivered! I felt so honored and blessed at the same time! He was so nice! Next day, Jerry gets me a fridge, Charlie, Joe and Tom are at my house getting the old one out and the new one in! I can’t thank them enough! I’ll be there buying a washer and dryer next month!
