Starbucks

"I went to Starbucks to get coffee this morning and there were all kinds of people trying to go through drive through and go inside and the people inside were just walking around talking and none of them would even acknowledge us! Me and several others pulled up to the window and honked they would stand there with their backs to us and not even look at us. It was at 7:45 in the morning. I think that that is very unprofessional if you are not gonna open on time you should put signs up or you should at least come to the window and tell the people you're not open because… I will go to the Starbucks down the street from now on if this is the way they are going to treat their customers."

"Starbucks world wide in a whole is loosing popularity because they are worried about the almighty $$ Starbucks don't respect their employees and their employees attitude/pride they take to the customers is a direct impact to how they are being taken care of as employees. If I'm going to continue to pat #8+ $$ per coffee and it's not done correctly I'm going to send it bk every time untill it's done correctly. And why should we as customers give a tip if the employees don't care about my hard earned $$ it's because of customers they the employees hv a job and also why businesses can be open. Let's get back to taking PRIDE In our work."

"I’ve Mobile ordered and picked up coffee from this Starbucks almost daily for a while now, and every single interaction I’ve ever had with the staff here is notably positive, no matter how busy they are. Great crew - really makes this place!! I gave a low score for the food category because their actual food menu is over priced and not very good, but that’s every Starbucks not just this one. Otherwise, 5 stars"

"This is the store I usually go to after work just to give me a lil bit of a boost (work 3rd shift). I love Starbucks but Unfortunately it depends on who is making the drinks on what you get. I went there for 5 days straight & bought the same Drink "Carmel Ribbon Crunch"...They were all different. I understand that when different ppl make them it's not gonna be EXACTLY the same. I feel like they need to Re-Train their staff & brush up. I wouldn't have let a couple of the drinks go out the window looking the way they did. I usually go through the drive thru which is about 2m-10m wait. I went inside thinking it might be quicker, I was inside for 25min."
