Kokomo PAL Field
Kokomo PAL Field is a non-profit institution located in Kokomo, Indiana, United States. It was established in 1977 by the Kokomo Police Department as a mentoring and crime prevention program. The institution offers various sports programs for youth, including tackle football, soccer, and cheerleading. The PAL Sports program is funded through donations, sponsorships, fundraisers, and sign-up fees, with 100% of the proceeds going towards the youth in the program. The institution recently celebrated its 40th Anniversary in 2017 and continues to provide organized sports activities for youngsters of all social and economic backgrounds. The tackle football program has expanded to include a traveling league with teams from surrounding areas. The institution also offers a spring soccer program and hopes to restart the cheerleading program with the help of volunteers. Games and practices are held at the PAL field, providing a safe and structured environment for youth to engage in sports activities.
