"I have been in healthcare for over 20 years as a nurse and even longer as an CNA. Over the last few years I have seen a decline in healthcare. That was until I came to work at Lowell Healthcare. I see such dedication from this staff to the residents. The staff treat the residents like they are family. I walk the halls and I see happy residents, happy staff and therapy department staff. Since coming to work here I have found the love I once had in the profession I dreamed about since being a child. Long term care is a hard profession. You really have to love it. Everyone was so nice and accommodating to his needs and helping our family through the tough time to get him into a memory care unit for his long term needs. We couldn't have done that without them.
