Beth Steffens, the heart and soul behind our studio, discovered her passion for yoga and Pilates during her high school years. Initially a complement to her dance and sports training, yoga became a consistent part of Beth's life 15 years later. Her journey led her to complete a 200-hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training Certification in 2013 under the mentorship of Catherine Ashton at YOUnique Yoga.
