"Michael installed a new 3” vent from my water heater out through an old chimney. My water heater had been red flagged by Duke Energy as unsafe due to poor venting allowing carbon monoxide to collect in the crawl space. He removed brick from the center of the fireplace and shortened the exterior chimney to allow for better venting. He was professional, knowledgeable, efficient. His invoice included detailed work to be done along with photographs. There was no clean-up for me to do when I got home from work. I highly recommend Michael for any work he feels comfortable undertaking. He is an honest, hard-working person."
