"This particular DQ is always the best fast food location in the county by far. Orders are always complete. The staff is incredibly friendly. And the place is always clean inside and out. The food is always fresh and hot, and the ice cream is always prepared proper. They dont skimp out on napkins and condiments when you ask for them."

"Went thru drive thru a short time ago and along with my meal I ordered a pup cup for my dog who was along for the ride today. I was given my total and I was surprised at the amount ( I order the same meal at the Osceola location on a fairly frequent basis). I inquired at the window and I was told by the young woman that was at the payment window that the pup cup was $2. I explained that it was free at the other location, so I didn't expect that. I had already ordered and assumed they were preparing it, but said that I wouldn't make that mistake again. The DQ person helping me explained that this location donated the proceeds. When I it who it was donated to , she noted "like the Humane Society or some place like that". I have donated to our local Humane Society the last couple of years, and if that is who they are donating to I certainly think they do good work and are deserving, but she wasn't clear who actually benefited. When I expressed that I thought it was ridiculous to charge/donate for an item that other locations give away, this young woman became very rude and condescending to me. Personally, I don't want to donate to DQ to have them turn around and take a tax write off for "their" donation to the Humane Society. It's my opinion that this practice takes advantage of the customers kind heart. They should not be hiding this donation in a normally free item and springing it on the customer. Secondly, DQ needs to train this particular team member better, she is not equipped to work direct customer service. Do better Sourh Bend DQ."

"The drive thru needs to have a one way in.. They come off of Main Street and think they can just jump in front of people when you are in line... They need to put arrows or something to direct traffic more better. I almost got hit and got cussed out cause I was in line behind a truck and the car that came off Main thought they was getting in first... The car behind this other car went around the building and was behind me. This is beyond ridiculous to even get food..."

"I decided to sit in DQ while my tire was fixed at discount. I ordered a $7 meal and it was pretty good. It was very clean in there as well. But my issue is that while I was sitting and eating the music was all unclean versions. I am not against pop music but unclean in a family restaurant is not ok. "I'm good" by Bebe Rexha was on and not the freaking version but the f bomb. I would not want to be here with my kids. Management might want to check into this."

"Quick service, nice staff and the lobby is open during my visit. Very clean and affordable spot to bring the family. Only negative is it's location. It's sandwiched between two car lots and if you don't keep your eyes open you'll miss the entrance."
