"Dissatisfied customer service from the Schererville water department leadership. As a resident and taxpayer, I am deeply disturbed by the disrespectful and unprofessional behavior exhibited by the supervisor at the water department. Her assertion that no one is above her suggests a concerning lack of accountability and oversight. The fact that calls are not recorded raises questions about how performance is measured and how customer service skills are developed and coached within your department. There is no level of accountability for RUDE behavior."

"Sad to say, you're better off paying your tickets than adding on $100+ in court fees in addition to your ticket, because they're going to make sure their cops aren't in the wrong even if they are. The pursuit of justice is not here, sadly. Corrupt. There is a reason why they don't send you to Crown Point."
"Extremely unhelpful staff I still don’t know who the clerk is and they give the shortest most informative answers ever it’s like pulling teeth. Be prepared to fight for rights because they definitely won’t tell you what they are."
"The staff is incompetent, lead management is rude, unapologetic, and vacuous. The staff does not know their own protocols and clearly need further training. The town of Schererville has officially wasted my Time And Money for something so miniscule that could have been avoided had the staff effectively documented a phone call and explained the situation. Instead, I was given bogus information for a rescheduled court date that never existed, and instead of researching the matter, the "manager" hangs up on me."
