"UPDATE: Maybe i should have stated that the work was in Judy Skaggs' name but this is my home also. If you are so reputable and since we have an older pool then why wasnt it suggested to us to replace what we needed so our new expensive liner would not do this? That would have been helpful. Now we have an expensive liner that keeps doing this. I'm sure if you had work done like this and kept having issues you wouldn't be happy either. I am very disappointed with our $5000 liner that No More Problems installed 2 years ago. The summer following installation, our liner came loose and we called NMP to come fix it. The pool had only been used one season. They came out fixed it and then sent us a bill for around $165. I explained to them that it had nothing to do with anything we done and must be the install. Prior to the new liner we swam in this pool for years with an old liner that never once did this. Now, it is year 2 and we have 2 areas that are separating again! I will not call them because I don't feel I should pay for them to fix it. I would rather pay someone else. The main guy was rude to me on the phone also. Also, I personally know one of the technicians that left their company due to their poor customer service practices! I would not recommend them at all!! I wouldn't have given 1 star but I had to to write this review."
