"Made two trips for an online order - both times order was not ready (even though email said it was). First trip no employees were to be found. Waited for ~10 minutes to be told the item was not in stock (contrary to the website) and to come back later. Second trip someone was at the counter (no uniform or name tag, said later they are just a “driver”) who went to get help (she was nice and helpful). Plenty of other auto stores in Indy to choose from - stay away from this one."
"Went to have a batter replaced after it dying earlier that day. The staff was friendly but they did not have the correct tools to remove and install a battery, it took over 1.5 hours. Then when I started my vehicle warning lights came on and they had no answers to why... turns out they missed attaching two wires leading me without power steering. The man (who worked hard with the wrong tools to install the battery )worked after hours to make sure the batter was installed correctly even after closing while the other one clearly was ready to go home. I even witnessed him lie to a customer that followed me into the store after I asked them to double check my battery, he claimed he didn’t know where the code reader was... appreciative they helped me out in a pinch but will avoid returning if possible."
