"I had excellent experience at Basney BMW. My sales person, Ken Westphal is an amazing person to deal with. Not only did he go above and beyond to get me the best deal, At no point throughout the purchase process, I felt like I was in a conventional car dealership getting bombarded with extra unnecessary add-ons, or the sales person going back-and-forth to talk to their manager and coming back. For my future car needs I will keep coming back with them as long as I’m in the area. And I will also recommend my colleagues to come to their Dealership to get the best deals on BMWs, and to have an amazing experience. Ken boss, Chad Hurley was also very accommodating. They both went above and beyond to make my car purchase happen the way I wanted it and they even came on a holiday to the dealership to finalize the purchase for me so that I could come and pick it up on my schedule. And for my trade-in car they gave me fair market KBB price."

"My 2020 X3 broke down while I was at the beach in MI over 300 miles away from my home. The closest to my home Roadside Assistance would take my car was Basney BMW in Indiana. This was on Sunday over Labor day. The Service Advisor Josh called me first thing when they opened on Tuesday to get abreast of the situation. By the middle of the day, the problem was diagnosed and the parts were ordered. By Wednesday morning, my car was finished and scheduled maintenance was done. Josh was able to facilitate a "BMW Reunite" and have my car shipped back to my local dealer. This is a complicated process but Josh kept with me through the process to secure that it was complete and followed up afterwards. This was the worst possible scenario and time to have a mechanical breakdown and and this dealership really stepped in. I am not from the area but I would certainly buy my next BMW from them if I was. As a BMW owner 6 in, if this is any indication of this dealers service, I would strongly recommend them for purchase or service."
