"This place is shady af. They will steal from you without care. On 11/12/2023 I purchased 2 celcius energy drinks and when I got home I noticed I was charged $36.77. I called this store back to investigate and asked to speak to a manager I was told they don’t have a manager. I inquired asking no manager at all or just not available today? They said not today. I asked when will the manager be in and what’s their name? They said manager will be there in the morning and when I asked for the managers name the employee gave a long pause and then hung up on me. I called back twice and was hung up on each time. So rude and unprofessional."
"Today was "cash only" and the cashier gave us attitude for not seeing her small, soaked paper on the decal busy door, with her pen writing. It was raining, so the small piece of paper was see through at that point. Like, I know you hate your job, but don't take it out on your customers just because you are too lazy to care."
"I will never go here again. You can place order for delivery on the app and they will charge you delivery fee but not actually delivery it because you have to go through door dash for that. Also after I got there to pick up my own delivery my pizza was incorrect! They thought I was a door dash worker and I heard the lady making the pizzas tell the cashier to just give me the wrong pizza when he mentioned how it was wrong."
"Never a bad experience! Prices are reasonable and they have a good selection. Not to mention it's close to home."
"Mostly good, but wish they would offer more pizza variety by the slice, etc...most always just pepperoni or sausage (seems like). People can't wait to be made or buy a whole pizza during quick stops. Also, about the ONLY place around anymore with FREE air...a good public service as you don't need quarters or to get change, which discourages folks from checking/airing-up tires...way to go, Casey's! Also, offer more cinnamon buns (cow patties) WITHOUT icing...make more just plain or glazed at a little cheaper price (without icing). All doughnuts are high...can get cheaper at small bakeries in our area. Restrooms are pretty clean all the time...matters a lot."
