The Athletic Recreation Center (ARC) is a premier gym and health facility located at 8201 Janes Avenue in Woodridge, Illinois, United States. ARC fitness members with the Group X add-on enjoy unlimited access to group exercise classes. The facility is home to a variety of athletic leagues and events, including soccer, lacrosse, football, rugby, softball, baseball, and more. The multi-court gymnasium features a high-quality wood floor system, state-of-the-art equipment, divider curtain, and scoreboards. Additionally, the 40×60 yard artificial turf athletic field can be subdivided into two 30×40 yard fields, complete with baseball/softball batting cages, scoreboards, spectator seating, and safety netting throughout. The Fitness Center is open Monday-Thursday from 5 am - 8 pm, Friday from 5 am - 7 pm, and Saturday-Sunday from 7 am - 3 pm.
