"This was a terrible experience from start to non-finish. First, my appointment was put in the system incorrectly as a sick visit instead of a standard annual visit which meant they attempted to collect a shocking $275 before I was even seen. Once that issue was resolved, I saw a nurse practitioner who did not listen to me at all. She brushed my concerns away and took nothing seriously. For example, I mentioned bad circulation and increasing numbness in my extremities even when doing physical activity. Her diagnosis was that I am from the south and therefore am cold. (I've lived here for 12 years and only now am having these issues). She put blatantly false information into my medical chart, forgot to give me supplies for home tests which were included in my visit, and pretended not to hear me when I called and expressed concern and frustration. This is the most absurd and disappointing experience I have ever had at a doctors office. Do not come here if you would like any humane level of care. This type of behavior is dangerous to patients. Edit to respond to the comments from the staff: 1. I would have come back to address problems if my problems had not been brushed aside. Take accountability for dismissing patient concerns. 2. AGAIN, I would have been content receiving further care and paying necessary deductibles IF my concerns were actually taken into consideration. This is not about money (even though you seem to be very concerned about that), this is about your staff putting false information into charts and disregarding concerns. 3. If I had a client expressive malpractice concerns I would be reaching out to them personally, not trying to wipe it away on google reviews. Very unprofessional."
