"If i can give no stars i would….my son caught pink eye 3 times in one month. We got a little worried the 2nd and 3rd time and she said its normal….a week later his school called and said the whole right side of his face is droopy so we rushed him to the hospital only to find out he had developed “bells palsy” we took him back to dr russell and they didn’t even want to do blood work or an mri to figure out what caused it…we went and seen 2 other doctors who said it’s mandatory to do blood work and an mri and helped calm us down….by far the worst clinic ever all they care about is billing the insurance and never the patient"

"My grandson was under her care from days old. He was 3 weeks early, weighing in at 5lbs 4oz. He was sent home everything was fine. My daughter has kept notes from her first OB visit until this day. All doctors notes. He was sent every week, sometimes twice for weight checks. He was declining by the week. Trouble feeding, not feeding the list goes on. “Everything is fine and normal” Dr Holly referred us to a gastroenterologist. Week 6 he is still declining. The gastroenterologist took one look at him and Immediately admitted him to Christ hospital. He was so male nourished that he was declining by the hour. I understand things happen. Every week this baby was there. Every week. So many questions asked……”PEDIATRICIAN”. How, why did a newborn decline and it be missed? That’s why I am writing this review. Like I told my daughter. I never write reviews. This I felt was too big of a “MISS”. I don’t want to see another parent go through what I watched my daughter and grandson go through."

"Wow…whoever answers phones and book’s appointments has absolutely terrible bedside manner. I was calling as a potential new patient trying to set an appointment for my daughter. I was very polite and answered every prompting question asked of me and was met with such a hostile attitude. I felt like I was irritating her just for calling. I’m still in shock as to how unnecessarily aggressive a conversation about making an appointment would be! I was put on hold (told that there was a person ahead of me so “it’ll be a while”) and just hung up. No thank you. Not dealing with that attitude every time my kid needs to see a doctor. Yikes!"

"Dr. Holly Russell is very unprofessional and does not care what you have to say if you question her about vaccinations she just gets up and walks out of the room on you and doesn't return in my opinion no doctor should just get up and leave in the middle of an appointment. If you have other beliefs on vaccinations or want to delay some they are only one sided when it comes to vaccinations. How can you tell someone a vaccination is not required by law but required if you want to continue care at their facility."

"I've been taking my daughter to Dr. Holly Russell since her first checkup a week after she was born. She's now three months old. We've only had a handful of office visits (thankfully!) but I wouldn't want my daughter to be seen by anyone else. Dr. Russell goes above and beyond, and her staff has never been nothing but kind, thoughtful, passionate and genuine. Twice, I have called Dr. Russell in the middle of the night (through the office's dispatch call center) and she promptly calls me back, no matter the issue. Being a first-time mom can be terrifying, especially when your little one is sick, and Dr. Russell has also been understanding and there for us. A wonderful pediatrician. I'd recommend her to anyone. I'd give her six stars if I could!"
