"I was initially very pleased with my care. Dr Wong was thorough, hopeful without being unrealistic. The staff was pleasant, timely and efficient. Truly professional and consistent with what I expect from a medical practice. Beforehand. My results came in and were in my portal. I understood the numbers but not what it meant for the plan that Dr. Wong presented. I was told I would receive a call. No call came. One final result came in. I called to ask about that one because it was less clear. I was told that Dr Wong would give me a call to explain. No call still. Finally I call to voice my frustration that no one has followed up and that my guess is that my news is not favorable but still a call would be good, the young lady who is the office e assistant says "oh let me see, Dr. Wong says there's nothing that can be done buy you can try a specialist if you want. Thanks. The after care was substandard, and I guess if you can't add to their success rate you aren't worth a follow up. Thanks for making what was already a long shot a horrible experience. If you can't add to their success rate, don't bother."
