"Made appointment online after having some difficulty filing my taxes on my own. Attended my appointment and was told I was not going to be able to receive help due to already attempting to file. I appreciate the information; however, the lady was not nice while informing me of this information. The location itself was nice and clean and the front desk staff was very nice; however, the representative who helped me was not very welcoming when she found out I had already attempted to file on my own. People go to these locations looking for assistance when they are unsure of what to do; however, I just felt like I was degraded and looked at as uneducated while trying to get help with my taxes. Will not be returning back."
