"What a great experience I’ve had with Stellar plumbing! I had a problem at my Mom’s house that I couldn’t fix with the drains. Water would get clogged, I’d clean it all out, then it would either drain slow or get clogged again within a few weeks. From the very beginning of me calling Kari and asking to schedule an appointment, they were super accommodating. We ended up purchasing a hydro jetting service through them even after we were told honestly we could’ve used other options that were a little more cost saving, or easier. The honesty and professionalism that was shown was second to none by Steve when he came out. Once they came and did the hydro jetting, they were very clean with the whole process, super polite and respectful to not only my Mom who was home alone, but also my 5 year old son who was there. They gave a proper call ahead before arriving, a message of who their tech was, and gps of where they were at that very second. Upon job completion, I was sent an email with all the video footage of the job they did. These are the types of contractors that as a homeowner we dream of.
