"They got my tires on just fine, but the process to get to that point was tough. I set up my appt online. The app sent the appt and tires to the wrong store (I double checked and I put the right store). The store was an hour away so obviously I called to make sure they could still put them on so it wasn't a wasted trip. I tried to get ahold of the auto center for 2 days and no one answered. At this point I'd already been waiting 2 weeks for tires and the reason I needed them was because I had a hole in my front tire. So I left a message with the front desk to let them know I would be coming. I arrive and waited 30 minutes to even be able to check in. When I first got there the department manager was being rude to a customer and after checking her in, walked off. A nice guy checked me in finally and I waited for over an hour. Which I wasn't too worried about because they seemed busy. During check out, they started to check me out, then took another customer half way through and had them pay for their service and the items in their cart. Finally they finished checking me out. Took forever...."
"Tom was awesome! Getting metal stuck in my tire on our trip from Texas to Wisconsin and can’t drive a donut the rest of the way. Tom fixed my tire in 30 minutes helping me get on the road! He was professional and sympathetic. I would definitely call national management if I could. Thank you!"
