"Manny you are a liar! I decided to give you a try because your cheaper but that cheap comes with poor performance! Had no heat in my car and dropped it off after 8 days of not hearing anything I finally call and see what's going on, manny tells me he's working on it and will call me back. Not once a call back and to find out when we drove past the shop the car was out in the parking lot full of snow! It was not touched since it was dropped off! I live out in Schaumburg and could of went anywhere, but manny let me believe that he would work on it. After day 9 I called and was told now people at his shop has covid. Listen manny if you can't handle the job let me go else where, you waisted my time for over a week when I could of had my car back by then and taken care of. You are a liar and racist and anyone that comes here just know he charges full price for used parts he finds in the shop. I'm done with manny and I hope no one goes thru the lies and waste of time like I had to!! Moral of the story don't take a customers car for over a week and lie to them that your working on it and when I call you you don't call back or answer my questions . That's because it sat outside and you had nothing to say! Greedy Racist building. All you had to do was say you couldn't do it. DONT GO HERE racist establishment"

"I had such a great experience with el patron auto service and mufflers. I went in to fix my whole exhaust system and they took me in right away and did the job promptly and efficiently. When I got my car back I felt like it was brand new again. The people there are so pleasant and have great customer service. I met the owner and he was very accommodating and a spot on professional. I will definitely be taking all of my automotive needs and repairs here from now on."

"The owner manny is always involved with every job. I take multiple work vehicles and personal vehicles he never disappointed me. You don’t feel taken advantage of very very honest, and the best part is timing he’s bigger than most mechanics and is able to start work quickly."

"These guys really help me out. Bought all the parts to do the suspension myself but with a 100000 miles some bolts just didn't come off. Most shops won't let you bring in parts but they had no problem with it made an appointment over the phone showed up and they completed my car the same day."
