When I call the office, (dispatch safety or any part of operations)it doesn’t matter who answers: you know you’re going to get a professional voice on the phone. Did I mention the shop, well in this business there are many moving parts and the shop personnel are a part of it. They keep things moving from the start of their day to the end."
