"I had a wonderful first experience at this dental office. I’ve had to see many different dentists due to my insurance, and it took me months to get in to this one. However, I’m very glad that I was able to find this dental office. Everyone here is so kind. From front desk staff to my dental hygienist Kim to my dentist Dr. Nicorata, they were all extremely friendly, personable, and warm. Every part of my cleaning was explained to me. The waiting area and care room were both exceptionally clean. I will continue to go here for my dental cleanings. Edit: I hate to have to change my review because their customer service is so top notch. I have had good cleanings here. However, I received a filling that was messed up. It was hurting and very sensitive. I couldn’t go back for a few months because of my work schedule but eventually got in. They did an x-ray and said it looked great. They adjusted my bite, which was supposed to fix the problem, but it did not change. In fact, after then, my jaw started hurting regularly, and I have been clenching my jaw. I think my bite is more off than before. I felt frustrated going back without results. I don’t want to go back again because I worry it will not be fixed or get worse. I have to go somewhere else in the future."

"I’m always impressed with Signature Smiles. They are fast, efficient and friendly. I have had to have more extensive work done and have also enjoyed their referrals. The kids love going to the dentist to get their teeth cleaned!"

"I was a client here for several years. When things were going well I would describe the care as “adequate.” However, a full third of a tooth sheered off. When I called to get care, the receptionist told me no, they had no time while managing to be rude about the request. I had a routine visit scheduled early the following week and was promised to get some time with the doctor when I arrived. But when I showed for my appointment I was told no, I would not get any time with the doctor and my tooth would not be fixed that day. I am no longer a client. If you’re looking for adequate care but a really nice waiting room, then this location is well suited for you. Unless you have an urgent need, then good luck you’re on your own. Big shout out to the rude receptionist! Thank you."
