Fox Valley Family YMCA
The Fox Valley Family YMCA, located at 3875 Eldamain Road in Plano, Illinois, is a community institution that offers a variety of programs focused on gym, health, and education. We are excited to announce our Free Summer Camp Registration event on April 14th, as well as our Spring Membership Special with no join fee from April 12-15th. Additionally, we are offering free family photos with limited spots available, but pre-registration is required. We are grateful for the recent donation of $50,000 from the Community Foundation of the Fox River Valley, which will help us further enhance our programs and services. At the Fox Valley Family YMCA, we strive to instill Christian principles into practice through programs that promote a healthy spirit, mind, and body. As a 501(C)(3) Non-Profit Organization, donations to the YMCA are tax-exempt. Join us in building a stronger, healthier community together.
Kendall County Outdoor Education Center
The Kendall County Outdoor Education Center, located at 11285 Fox Road in Yorkville, Illinois, is a local government office that offers quality outdoor learning experiences for students in the Yorkville, Plano, and Sandwich school districts. Since 1970, the center has provided opportunities for experiential learning in a variety of natural environments, including prairies, hardwood forests, streams, and the Fox River. With outdoor teaching stations, a classroom, a challenge course, and a living history area, the KCOEC aims to enhance the standard school curriculum while promoting student decision-making, self-confidence, teamwork, leadership, and environmental stewardship. The center offers one-day programs and multi-day summer trips for over 8,000 participants each year, ranging from pre-kindergarten through high school and adults. Lessons cover environmental science, living history, map and compass skills, and team building, with customized programs developed in collaboration with classroom teachers. Ultimate Dance is a vibrant and inclusive dance institution located at 1200 Walter Payton Memorial Highway in Plano, Illinois, United States. Our store offers a wide range of dance classes for kids of all ages and levels, with a focus on building confidence and inspiring youth through movement. Our dedicated owner and founder, Cheyanne, has been involved in dance, gymnastics, and cheerleading since she was 3 years old, and her passion for these disciplines led her to open Ultimate Dance On the Move 7 years ago. We have been serving dancers in the West Suburbs of Chicago since 2013, with a studio in Sandwich, IL, and multiple mobile locations.
