"I have been a loyal customer of Men's Wearhouse for years, appreciating their high-quality suits and exceptional service. However, my recent experiences have been disappointing. The apparent depletion in the quality of suits and extended wait times for tailoring, even for minor alterations, have been concerning. Walking into the store recently, the outstanding service that used to define Men's Wearhouse seemed to be missing. On two separate occasions in the last year, I needed tailoring services for suits that were purchased at this location. To my surprise, I was informed that the usual quick turnaround had been replaced with a waiting period of several weeks. This was a stark contrast to the efficient service I had come to expect. On my most recent visit, needing a minor tailoring adjustment, specifically a simple suit button adjustment, for suits bought at Men's Wearhouse, I was met with a disappointing response. The staff mentioned that most people plan weeks in advance for such services, and unfortunately, there was nothing they could do to expedite the process for me. To my surprise, the adjustment I required was a simple suit button adjustment. This left me feeling frustrated and puzzled, as it contradicted the responsive and customer-centric approach I had grown accustomed to over the years. After leaving Men's Wearhouse feeling as though I was talked down to for not planning weeks in advance, I sought an alternative establishment for my tailoring needs. To my surprise, the adjustment I required was deemed simple and promptly addressed elsewhere. No customer should leave Men's Wearhouse with the impression that they were in the wrong, especially when a straightforward adjustment could have been handled more efficiently. This experience has left me reconsidering the commitment I once had to this store and hoping for an improvement in both customer service and the overall quality of service provided."

"Went to rent a tux. The tux buttons didn’t fit. My shirt basically had to sit open all night. Tailoring was terrible and was pulling. To a trained eye my Tix and the fur was total garbage.shirt I rented was the sand shirt I had tried on the night before that was tried on by a bunch of people. I had to ask them to press it because it was wrinkled. Just a bad experience. If it’s going to be like that, they need to get out of that sector of the business."

"I enjoy coming here. The people inside are nice and quick and attentive. They don't have you waiting around. Gosh I forget her name but she had long colorful braids. She helped me pick out my outfit. I was pleased with the outcome"
