"1st time here and was fantastic I called in to use 2 coupons spoke to joey he was great explaining everything very detailed so I gave it a shot had wheel alignment and winter package radiator flush was given a price when I walked in full detail of what's to be done and updated pictures as service progressed. Joey went above and beyond to show me every step of the way of what's being done and over check of vehicle this is class A++ service especially for first time using the crystal lake car x I will definitely only use them for my repairs and maintenance for the record I live 50 min away and was in area they were fast and very excellent quality work this place is a must and I will continue to drive 50 min for this quality which is extremely hard to find at other auto shops"

Although they do not speak Spanish, I assure you that they will understand each other, which is a very good point in their favor, the gentleman behind the counter is attentive and helps you with all your questions, the prices are reasonable and the place is very clean and they follow all the health protocols. "Came to Car-X for a new set of tires. Was met by Patrick who got my car in immediately. The customer service here was great. They have coffee and a tv as well as a bathroom if you have to wait there as I did. They checked my alignment after putting on the tires and found that it was just slightly off but they helped me out and corrected it for free. All around took about an hour and a half to get me in and out which is great for a Saturday especially considering I made my appointment the day before. Highly recommend the guys at Car-X."
