"I ordered a new fridge waited for a week for delivery then it came broken damaged so they return it back. Then I cancelled the order waiting for the money to go back to my card for almost a week. Going back-and-forth to the store and calling Best Buy at their 800 number and nobody could help me with getting back my money Then one of the guys in Best Buy help me out and he told me that I need to cancel the order in the store that I bought the fridge from not online. I didn’t know that so I cancelled it waited a few days more than I got my money back, then I bought another fridge From the Best Buy outlet next door they told me I have to wait about week and a half to get it delivered so I waited another week and a half to get it delivered but it was again damaged so this have been almost a month going back-and-forth, trying to buy a fridge and until now I couldn’t buy one from Best Buy Their service is so bad"

"I handed my laptop into Geek squad to review because there was a low noise coming from the laptop. I asked them not to do any repairs that I would be charged for without notifying me first..I received no call expect the one that it was fixed and I could pick it up.When I picked up the laptop they told me it was fixed upon using it again I found they actually had made it worse the noise was louder and occurred more often.I went back a second time to be told that any for hardware repairs it would need to be sent out the attendant give me no explanation as to why this was not communicated the first time. I have received no resolution. I do not trust best by geek squad, the accuracy of the information is very much dependent on the attendant providing the information. My laptop is in worse functionally than it was before I asked them to look at it."

"I was shopping around for this front loader to replace what I have at home. So I definitely got a good deal here. Everywhere else I was going , I would find them for $800 and up. Reg price in the $1000. Check out was super easy. Best buy outlet....."

"Went in looking for an affordable stove and found out that once you add the delivery fee($100) and the haul away fee($60), I could buy a brand new stove. I didn't mention the extended warranty. Although the customer service was great, the prices and fees are too high to be an outlet store."
