Best Buy

"Wanted to buy a PC and after being ignored for about 15 minutes, an associate comes out to help. We show her the tag that was on the shelf, she says it’s in stock and has to get it. Takes her another 10 minutes because she doesn’t know how to use the equipment to get to the PC and then starts chatting to her coworker instead of bringing the PC to where we were waiting for her. Then she charges the PC and it is ringing up $50 more than what the tag says. We have to wait another 5 minutes for a manager because as I understand it she can’t approve the lower price because the higher price they were trying to charge us was already the sale price??? Manager comes by and says they will not honor the price on their tag and the girl who was originally helping us is in the background talking to her coworker again saying how it was a waste of her time. No, Jocelyn, you’re getting paid to be there, whereas it was a waste of 45 minutes for us just to be told that the price you’re displaying is not what the PC cost. Purchased on Amazon instead. Avoid this place."

"Was looking for a new TV. The young lady at Best Buy was very helpful. Was in and out in about 15 minutes. She was very nice. Haven't been to Best Buy in a long time. Nice visit!"

"I was precisely 30 minutes late due to accidentally going to the 4100 N Harlem Best Buy location instead of the 2358 Harlem location. Had a remote start installation. The Asian / Mexican face with black border specs guy with round brownish face having tiny black hairs in a Geek Squad team has such a nasty and rude attitude. He refused to do the service due to being 30 minutes late. I politely requested multiple times, and I came from a long distance and told him that I was late due to traffic and accidentally went to the 4100 Harlem location. Afterward, he ignored me and said - it wasted my hour, and it takes more time to get your car, and I better schedule the next appointment. His face showed he did not want to do the job on my car, and he told me it would take more than 3.50 hours to fix it. You must make a new appointment. Overall - I do not recommend this place for Geek Squad installation. He is a rude, careless employee at Best Buy who does not respect their customer."

"I visited this location last week, I ordered a Nintendo switch for pickup. As soon as we got in, we got greeted by the manager of this location, he was extremely attentive and helpful, immediately he directed us to the pick up line. I wish I could say we had the same positive experience from the customer service representative that handed us the order, he seemed like he was very annoyed and when I asked him if they had an item in stock (Ninja creami) he just said “if you didn’t see it there, then we don’t have it” with an attitude, he definitely could’ve at least look in their inventory if he was right there."
