"Four Seasons Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, & Electric did nothing but a fantastic job working on our furnace when it went out. A tech was sent to our house in the morning, was able to quickly identify the root cause and ordered the parts for it to be fixed all within an hour of arriving at our home. A few hours later the parts were delivered and another tech showed up in the evening to install. A+ service all around. Both techs were friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company and we are very happy with the service!"

"The technician they sent out to take a look at my humidifier told me I needed a certain model. Then the installer gets to my place and tells me I need a different humidifier and that the one the technician recommended wouldn’t fit in my space and that it will be $300-$500 more than I already paid to get one that will. Bait and switch, promise you a certain price only to try and get more money out of you. Install was done, the installer was a really good person and it is the only reason they are not getting a 1 star. After 24 hours I still have yet to get a receipt. I used to recommend 4 Seasons but I will never again. They have gotten too big and they do not have the same customer service they once had. They can send you a link for reviews faster than they get you receipts. EDIT: They said in the response they tried to reach out to me but I have ZERO calls or emails from them. I had to call them the day after this review to still try to get a receipt. Yesterday when I called they refused to call the accounting department (who is responsible for sending invoices) to get me a receipt. Now I’m changing to 1 star. Company is way too big for their own good."

"Nick was exceptional! Respectful, knowledgeable, thoughtful and professional! He took his time, cleaned all the parts, tested to make sure everything was fine and in working order before he left and even spotted that I hadn’t changed my air filter in years and went to his truck and found a new one and cleaned the air filter too! What a great guy!"

"Edit: After a month of back and forth, and six separate visits, Four Seasons did replace the toilet with one that fit in the space and now sits straight and did not charge extra. It taking the number of visits it did was unnecessary. On one occasion, the person who came was complaining about working that day, broke the water valve, then refused to actually look for the water shut off to complete the work. The next person who came arrived without the toilet replacement (not his fault, he was great but the office did not communicate appropriately to him what he needed), which resulting in needing to schedule another visit. The guy who came in last and replaced the toilet was fantastic! He was professional and thorough, and a hugely redeeming factor to this whole process. Ultimately, I am grateful that they fixed what went wrong, but this was a painful and inconvenient journey. Original Review: We used Four Seasons to check out a plumbing concern. They were able to come out the next day, which was great! We really loved how quickly the turnaround was with everything. When they came out they said they had to fully replace the toilet, which was fine because they estimated it was original to our unit. With a 50% deposit, they were able to get us an appointment the next day, again, we appreciated being able to get this fixed so quickly. Had I realized quickness would impact quality, I might have sought out other options. When they came the first day the guy was ADAMANT that the toilet they had would fit in the space (it was a tight fit from the door). When asked “but what if it doesn’t” he insisted it would fit and didn’t measure again. He said if it’s off a little bit they could shave off a millimeter of the door for it to fit. When they came to fix the toilet, it didn’t fit and instead they had to install it to be crooked so that the door wouldn’t hit it. The measurements were so off that they couldn’t shave down the door to make it fit. The cost to replace this toilet was high, and I’m disappointed knowing I paid this much just for it to look like we didn’t have it done professionally. I do appreciate the friendliness of the guys who came in, and how quick the turnaround was, but it came at a cost. We also never received any emailed receipts or anything."
