"Horrible Customer Service...had my car for over 2 weeks on a job they said would take 3 days...on top have that they didn't complete the total repair...had to have insurance company challenge them to complete...after 2 months they waiting for parts (so they said) the second time in the shop they installed damaged parts...still haven't heard from them with the replacements..."

"The clips on my right front bumper were broken. I didn't want to have the whole thing replaced, because the car has over 100, 000 miles on it. It doesn't need to look pretty, I just didn't want it to fall off. Craig put some kind of automotive adhesive on it, and just 15 minutes later it was fixed solid. And I couldn't believe it, he didn't charge me a penny! That really made my day! If I ever need some real body work done I'll know just where to go."
