"Poor communication. They don't call when they say they will. After they worked on my car my tire pressure system was not giving a reading on the back tires ( It was working when I gave it to them ) so I return my car for the engine light and tire pressure light to be cleared from the dashboard. Instead of fixing the problem I was charged $477 for an oil change and the problem continued. Lights are still on the dash meanwhile they had no problem collecting money for an oil change jiffy lube could have done themselves. The worst part about going to a new mechanic with good faith is that they have no problem taking advantage of people."

"Absolutely the best, most honest shop owner I ever had pleasure to work with. This comments are observation after my fourth major repair done on my Accord and my wife Camry. The owner is old school , honorable and rare in today's world, professional who tries to fix what needs to be fixed and not upsell you on unnecessary charges . He seems to knows how expensive and confusing modern vehicles are and be as reasonable and accommodating as possible.
