"Told to pull up in drive through at 6:30 pm on March 2nd and that they were waiting on fries. 12 minutes later I get my order. Oh well at least the fries will be hot and fresh from the fryer right? Not only were they cold, they tasted like they were made 2 days prior...why did yall have me pull up and wait? Won't be back"

"Went through to get a whopper and opened my sandwich to pick the pickles off as I forgot to request it. Open it to see this, was not happy it at all. Went back to a few minutes later and was told that’s how all their burgers come out even thou the other sandwich we order didn’t look like that. I asked if I can just have my money back and was told they don’t do refunds at all. So I had to choose something else. Not very happy with Burger King, all the times I’ve come here has my sandwich ever looked like this."

"Manager named kiersten got my order wrong today when I came in for my 30 min lunch break, I brought it to an employees attention and she let kierstin know. She had a line of 3 people after me. I stood and waited to let her finish with who she was helping in expectation that she was going to correct my order before continuing with more new customers. However, she started on the next customer, so I said “excuse me, I only have 30 mins on break is there any way that we could fix my order first before you continue”. She instantly got rude and said she is the manger and she will finish the line before she helps me. I just wanted a refund for the fries that I didn’t order that I paid for and I would have been on my way, but she threw out the whole order and made me wait while they made a new one. She did refund my order, mistakes happen, I get it. The way she handled it all together was just very disrespectful and unprofessional. Also took down my name as if she wants to call my job to complain about me?"
