"After calling and verifying necessary documents over the phone, we went to pick up the car and were told it wasn't enough. I'm sure they are fine for most people, but we didn't have a credit card (only debit) and no utility bill. Would be nice if they could coordinate with the call center to save time. Thanks."

"Quick service. We had no issues with the reservation and pickup and drop off process. The vehicle we received required vacuuming and some cleaning. This was a bit annoying as I would have expected a clean vehicle. However, Enterprise discounted the rental cost for this so in the end I was overall satisfied."
