"My experience was less than satisfactory. The service was great. But the end result was horendous. I paid $17 for a hair cut and the beautician but off at leat 8 inches of my hair. And she didn't cut it all the same length and I asked for side swoop bangs and they're not even at all. So Everytime I wear my hair up in a pony tail it looks as if a 3 year old cut my hair with safety scissors. I will never go to them again! Nor do I trust anyone to cut my hair now. Thanks for the ripoff."
"I had not had my haircut since 2013 and I was very anxious about my experience but I was surprised. I forget the lady's name who cut my hair but she was very kind and friendly and I was not disappointed with her skill. I look forward to returning! I would give 10/10 if it let me."
