Recently, there were a few white spots on our carpet that showed up after a cleaning. It was most likely caused by someone in our building putting a powder on the carpet or salt from shoes during the winter. "Wow. I’m so happy with the results! Our dog wasn’t feeling well and vomited on our white 100% viscose rug and they were able to get the staining out almost 100%! Viscose is apparently a very difficult material to clean due to its silk like fibers. We didn’t even have it cleaned immediately so the staining was set in and they still achieved amazing results (took us a few days to figure out who could work on a viscose rug). We had a lot of darkness on the rug as well due to foot traffic and it’s all gone! So happy to have found Johnny On The Spot and would absolutely recommend them."
