"I have the express pass, but sometimes it is so crowded, it is hard to get to the express lane quickly. Other than that, I would give it 5 stars. It would seem to me that all lanes should have the capacity for express since more people appear to be buying the pass. Update: You can use the express pass at any entrance and there is a dedicated express line. The car does a good job cleaning, but I always have to wipe off excess water droplets from my windows and sides. The vacuums work well, when they are in service. It seems like the majority of the vacuums are in disrepair most of the time and there is never an out of order sign. You have to haphazardly visit vacuum stations to hope you get one that works."
"I want to give a ZERO but it's not a choice. I was there on a Sunday morning and the owner was there. I went to him because you always have to move your car because the vacuum's never work. He said you PEOPLE are tearing up my vacuums. I took offend him being Asian and me African American. I said some are not working now and I'm the first one here. He told me if you don't like my services go elsewhere cursing and being very disrespectful. I told him you wouldn't be in a Caucasian neighborhood talking this way. And I canceled my membership. WHY ARE PEOPLE PATRONIZING such a DISRESECTFUL person??? HE DON'T CARE IF HALF THE VACUUMS DON'T WORK. PEOPLE NOT COMPLAINING OTHER THAN ME."

"Oh my, where do I start????? 1st off a few of the employees are truly RUDE!!!! 2nd only a few of the vacuums actually work on certain days in the evenings!!!! 3rd once again the RUDE employees on evenings like to close EARLY. Like... how is that? I pay Rainstorm $40 every month faithfully for the PASS!!!! Now, with ALL that being said.... TIGHTEN UP.... RUDE & IGNORANT Rainstorm Employees in SOUTH HOLLAND"
"I’m here at 8a.m 12/18/2023 the car wash is still not open. I also asked a worker he said he is just now getting here he don’t know when they will be open. This is very unacceptable when they open up at 7a.m very disappointed."
