They took extra time to explain what they were doing and why. Cathy also gave several helpful tips on how to care for our carpet to prolong the life. "I absolutely love this company ! They are extremely thorough and thoughtful about being in my house. They use guards around the door to keep the cold air out, booties on their feet and very courteous! The guys ( Derek and Anthony ) have been at my house time and time again which leads me to believe they are very good to their employees. I used to use Service Master but never felt like my carpet was really clean with 3 dogs and 3 cats until I saw one of my neighbors using Enviroclean!
