"Heavy heart to always provide a less than good review of anything. I contracted to install a very high end laminate, one living room and hall the project was approaching $3,000. The installer came and I must say did a very good job on installation, unfortunately that's were it ends. He claims he wasn't informed to the full scope of work needed. He became very agitated when I showed him the install cost for one days work was $800. He was provided his paper work, he was paid considerably less. In the end it was late that night before he was done. One point he left the job and stated anyone else would have left. I had to let him know I wouldn't pay for the work if he did. He returned and completed the install. He also in his haste to leave installed as I would find out two months later, he had installed carpet strips backwards and after several weeks, they came back and made the repairs. The installer clearly had anger issues on site which was not appreciated. Over all great install of laminate, the rest less than one star. It's my hope someone will take this review and understand the importance of fully making sure communication is extensive in any work requested."
