The nurses never call you back, you'll have to wait weeks or months to see your doctor. If I could leave negative stars this place gets-100"
"Done with this place, take the extra time and drive to Rockford location's. The lady at the front acts like you are a inconvenience while checking in cause you interrupted her conversation with the guy on the other side of her and the lady who just just walks back and forth. I have heard them cuss like sailors and talk about what they did over the weekend. Did they forget people can hear them? This has happened multiple times. I talked to a manager and nothing has changed. So sorry me and my family are a burden to you people."
