"Dr. Glavin is AWFUL!!! This man should NO way be allowed to have access to ANYTHING with mental health!!! During a virtual office visit while discussing my results with the Adderall prescribed the previous visit, this "doctor" had the audacity to call me moody when I expressed my frustration at his failure to listen to what I was telling him. He told me I should be on a mood stabilizer despite my explaining that I was only frustrated because he wasn't listening to what I was saying- and completely disregarding my concerns about my mental health. After he kept trying to push mood stabilizers on me and then proceeded to call me moody, I said that I would be ending the call and explained why. He said okay thanks and I hung up. Now trying to refill my prescription for Adderall (my adhd is bad enough to impact my every day life and the doctor agreed with this upon prescribing it) I was informed that he discontinued my Adderall because he felt my symptoms didn't align with Adderall as a treatment (yet he prescribed it and agreed I needed it because my adhd was out of control) and that he said I needed to be on mood stabilizers instead. He discontinued a medication without telling me nor discussing it- while knowing I needed it- all because I expressed my frustration at his dismissive nature when expressing my concerns. He clearly cares so much about mental health. I would stay FAR away this doctor. He'll make your mental health issues worse than they were to begin with. Truly awful."

"Hmm...I can't get an appointment till January. I worked in physians offices since 1982. Had great insurance then now not so much. If someone called to get an appointment to be seennright away in the offices I worked ,it was determined by how good the insurance was if they were seen right away.So any publc aid was given lowest priority. "Its been a few years since my last visit, so I decided I could revise my review. Still one star. Having been to other places since then, it's more obvious how much the staff doesn't care about your behavioral health at choices. The waiting room has a nice vibe, which is a plus cause you'll spend a majority of your time there. When you're called in to see the doctor, you're rushed out. My doctor didn't believe a word I told him, my psychiatrist would not respond to me, just stare and smile and nod. 10/10 made me feel worse and would never consider going back here"

"Was treated poorly and misdiagnosed. Dr. Colette dissmissed my symptoms and made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about when it came to MY feelings. I told her I was suicidal and she told me it was normal and that I clearly "didn't actually want too comit suicide" because I "hadn't legitimately tried yet" Other symptoms I was having were chuckled at and I was told I "just have an active imagination" because i was 16 at the time. I'm now 20 and suffering greatly because of the lack of care and repeated medication changes. My girlfriend was also "treated" by Susan, my girlfriend was always dissmissed and would leave appointments upset because she wasnt being listened too at all. She was also put on the wrong medication and ignored. Would definitely avoid this place especially if you are looking for care for an adolescent."

"They actually treated me like a human, Dr Hussain listens to you, all the nurses and such were nice. They went above and beyond any expectations I could've had. The food is good, and it's relatively calm but I was on the 3rd floor so it might be better. They've got a quick discharge rate here too, the longest I've seen someone here is one week."
