"Not sure how to rate insurance, hate to spend the money on it but can’t go without it. Everyone that I’ve spoken to at this location is friendly and quick to respond to my questions. I think the raising insurance rates are ridiculous and has made me to start checking around with other companies. They want to blame the increase in car prices and the increase in natural disasters. I think it’s about time these companies start to rethink how or if they continue to insure people in California, Florida & other higher risk states so the rest of us across the country aren’t constantly paying for their disasters since they chose to live in a fire/hurricane zone."
