"Cannot give a high enough review of SAA. I was looking for a sports performance program for my high school volleyball player and inquired with SAA based on their location. Beginning with my daughter’s initial assessment I found Will/staff/program were beyond what I thought would be available for a high school athlete. Each program is personalized, science backed and delivered in a highly encouraging and motivating way. From the staff to the athletes in the gym, everyone shows up to work and encourage one another. In 8 weeks my athlete has improved her approach vertical by 4.5 inches and her in and out of gym confidence is through the roof. Definitely gaining skills that will carry her beyond her school years.
