"I was asked to circle back to wait for another prescription. While waiting a frazzled ma in front of me with a special needs son was having quite a time with him. He was every where and she was in tears. Miss Kaitlin was not only doing her best with the ma, she was beyond patient with that boy. From stickers to kind words to letting him play with her lanyard. In todays society we need more Miss Kaitlin’s!! Great job young lady you made this ole ma so proud of you and the way you handled that stressful situation. Keep being you doll!"

"Worst of the worst When your meds are ready you waiting in long lines and you get windows they tell you to wait long . When your meds are ready they should be ready .some people have hard time waiting in lines just wait longer unacceptable .seem like they don't care to give people there meds"

"After using Murphysboro Walmart Pharmacy for years with NO complaints at all, I switched to Carbondale Walmart Pharmacy. It's been about one year and the service is so terrible that I am switching to Walgreens. I have been put on hold repeatdely for more than 8 minutes and never had anyone return to the phone. Tonight I waited 45 minutes for a prescription that they never got for me. I had to leave without it. And this was after receiving a text to notify me that it was "ready to be picked up." They have lost my business."

They are always busy, but always manage to take care, fill, answer phones, questions for all customers very timely and with a smile. All of them more than happy to assist. Pam is who.
